r769 is required to verify the identity of all Account holders before processing withdrawals and may require verification at other stages, including upon registration and when a player's activity triggers a review. You must provide the following documentation upon request:
Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities and may result in Account closure in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.
Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
Your Account is personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to or used by any other individual. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account using your login credentials.
You must select a strong, unique password for your Account and must not disclose it to any third party. r769 will never request your password via live chat, email or telephone. If you believe your Account credentials have been compromised, you must notify us immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.
Any wagers placed or transactions conducted through your Account using your credentials are binding, including where access was by an unauthorised third party, unless you have notified r769 of the unauthorised access promptly and prior to settlement of the relevant transaction. r769 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
r769 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account where available, using a unique email address not shared with other platforms, and logging out of your Account after each session, particularly when using a shared device.
Deposits to your r769 Account may be made through payment methods available in the cashier at the time of deposit. Available methods are subject to change and may include, where supported by the operator, familiar Pakistani payment references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and other options.

E-wallet methods may process more rapidly than bank transfers, but no timeframe is contractually guaranteed. Bank transfers via Pakistani banks including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah are subject to those banks' own settlement schedules and policies.
r769 may offer a welcome bonus, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins and other promotional incentives to eligible Account holders. Each promotion is subject to specific Bonus Terms that are presented to you at the point of the offer and must be read before you claim or opt in.
The r769 welcome bonus is available to new Account holders who make a qualifying first deposit. The bonus percentage, maximum bonus amount (expressed in PKR), minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirements, eligible games and expiry period are specified in the welcome bonus offer displayed at registration and in the promotions section of the Platform. r769 does not use countdown timers or manufactured urgency to pressure players into claiming bonuses.

All wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific game rules and betting rules applicable to the product category in question — sports betting, live casino, slots, table games or otherwise. These rules are accessible within each game or betting market and form part of the agreement between you and r769.
r769 offers betting markets for cricket — including Pakistan domestic series, PSL T20 and ICC tournaments — international football, UFC, and other events as listed in the sportsbook. Odds are presented for informational purposes. r769 does not guarantee the accuracy of odds or the availability of any particular market. r769 reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
Wager outcomes are determined by the game software or official event results, as applicable. In the event of a dispute, r769's records of game outcomes constitute the authoritative record, subject to the player's right to raise a formal dispute in accordance with the complaints procedure.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game or betting market and are displayed at the point of wager placement. r769 may impose additional stake restrictions on individual accounts at its discretion, including where a player has a history of exploiting market inefficiencies.
The following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
In the event of prohibited conduct, r769 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the Account, void any pending withdrawals, forfeit any Balance and report the matter to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended personal entertainment purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits r769's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
r769 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, r769 will provide notice to Account holders via email or Platform notification at least 14 days before the amended Terms take effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your Account and cease use of the Platform before the amendment takes effect.
r769 may suspend, restrict or permanently close your Account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

Upon voluntary closure, any real-money Balance — net of bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements — will be returned via your last verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and compliance checks.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator's licence is held. By using the Platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through r769's internal complaints procedure.
